It was a rough evening on the water Saturday, as the youth and adult anglers made their best casts to outfish the others. A strong wind storm passed over Lake Kyle halfway through the tournament and sent fishing gear and the Kyle ER sponsored tent flying! Despite that, all the anglers were determined to win the top prizes of the evening.
Cody Miller of Buda, TX was the only angler to land a fish, a bullhead catfish weighing in at ….. Cody took home the 1st Place – Youth Division trophy along with $75!
To top that off, Cody also won one of the two door prizes, a …. rod and reel combo, after having his name drawn randomly from a pot of youth anglers.
Noah Owens was the other big winner of the …. rod and reel combo!
